Prayer Shawl
When our daughter was injured in an accident Nita Kay and the women of the Prayer Shawl ministry made her a shawl that provided us with so much comfort and hope. Nita Kay believed in the power of prayer and her persistent prayer flowed to us and helped comfort our family. She always asked about our family and encouraged us and she was a living reminder of how important our church family is to us. Recently we learned that Nita Kay had struggled with wheelchair access in some areas at St. Paul and it saddened so many of us who learned of her struggles that we have included numerous upgrades to our building remodel that will remove as many barriers as possible. How strong a person she was to accept our shortcomings yet give us so much of herself. Nita it is my promise to you that we will make certain that the upgrades we spoke about will be completed so that no other person will have to endure these barriers. All God's blessings to you and your family.
