Douglas Shade, Funeral director and embalmer Office Phone: 479-474-2523 Fax: 479-474-2525 Doug Shade has been with us  since 1993.  He has a bachelor's degree from Arkansas Tech University and an Associate's degree from Mid-American College of Funeral Service.  He and his wife, Rhonda, live in Van Buren and have  two children, Savannah and Sam.  Mr. Shade is member of North Park Baptist Church in Van Buren.

She and her husband, Gary have two daughters, Jennifer Scott and Jaclyn Richards and 4 grandchildren. Julie resides in Fort Smith where she is a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.
